- Peroxidase Substrate: Contains buffered hydrogen peroxide and TMB.
- Purified native HIV-1 p24 Standard: 1 ng/mL.
- Disruption Buffer: Contains Triton® X-100 detergent and phosphate buffer.
- Wash Buffer (20X): Contains PBS / Tween 20® concentrate.
- Stop Solution: Contains 2N sulfuric acid.
