Nacole Lee

Nacole Lee is an experienced leader with over 25 years in the biologics industry. Nacole has a background in process development/engineering and scale-up for production of microbial and mammalian-based products and has led process scientists and manufacturing teams in the development and implementation of processes to produce biologics to support early phase studies. As a process scientist Nacole developed and implemented an array of process solutions for at scale production of biologics. As the Senior Director of GMP manufacturing at ABL, Nacole leads GMP operations (Upstream, Downstream, Fill Finish, Central Services, Technical Operations and Operational Excellence) in the end-to-end manufacture of biologics to support Phase I/II clinical trials, internal/external tech transfer and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Nacole is a member of the Boad of Directors at the Maryland Science and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Notre Dame of Maryland and a master’s degree from Hood College in Biomedical Science with a focus in Immunology and Virology.
