2019 Keystone Symposia Conference: HIV Vaccines (X7)
Maria Ferrari, ABL’s Associate Director of Preclinical Immunology, will be presenting a poster at the 2019 Keystone Symposia Conference: HIV Vaccines (X7) on March 26, 2019 at the Fairmont Chateau in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.
Dr. Ferrari will present her poster, “Comparative analyses of immune responses in systemic and mucosal compartments elicited by an NDV prime/protein boost vaccine regimen encoding HIV-1 env genes from Indian and African clade C HIV-1 isolates in rhesus macaques” during Poster Session 2 on March 26.
Supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, he HIV Vaccines (X7) conference presents the latest results from human clinical studies of candidate vaccines as well as the use of monoclonal antibodies for prevention; novel HIV neutralizing antibodies and their developmental pathways; T cell functions in killing and B cell help; structural insights and immunogen design; and the intersection of research for HIV eradication/cure with research on HIV vaccines.
